I am a qualified Personal Trainer, Yoga Teacher and Movement Coach. My approach is deliberately generalist: developing strength, mobility and control through integrated training, rather than specialising too early.
I work with the general population through to athletes, and increasingly with older adults who want to keep their strength, mobility and independence as they age. The through-line is the same: invest in your body, move with purpose, and follow a holistic path to health.
Dynamic Movement classes run on a weekly timetable with limited spaces. In-person classes run in the afternoon.
Group movement classes in a dedicated training space.
Community classes open to a wide range of ages and abilities.
Train with the group from anywhere, coached live.
Sessions run Monday to Friday, 7am to 1pm. Group classes can be booked until the day before. Limited spaces each week.

Bookings open up to one week ahead, with 24 hours minimum notice. Cancellations: 24 hours notice no charge; under 12 hours, 50% applies.
